1. a free and independent West Papua for all Communities of Beings in Western New Guinea.
2. a Green nation-state and Blue Country of the Republic of West Papua.

B. VISION OF THE REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA

a Green nation-state and Blue Country of A FREE AND INDEPENDENT WEST PAPUA

1. Live Well, Love Well, Have Something Good for Every Person and Die a Happy Death
2. All Melanesians in West Papua and across South Pacific to live freely in harmony with all communities of beings

II. Mission STATEMENTS

A. MISSION ULMWP

1. to Free West Papua and her peoples from colonial power of Indonesia in order to be free and to live as Melanesians and as human beings.
2. to Free West Papua and all communities of beings from exploitative and destructive colonial power of Indonesia.

B. MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA

1. To promote balance of rights, responsibilities, roles and functions of all communities of beings to allow simple life and harmony reign as our Melanesian ancestors enjoyed for millennia.
2. To create West Papua as a Green State in preparation for the King of kings to reign the world forever from New Guinea, that is, to restore the Paradise Created by the Creator as reported in our Custom Stories as well as modern Holy Scriptures

III. BASIC PRINCIPLES

1. Balance is the key to everything, and particularly to harmony in and for life.
2. Justice is the precondition for peace, there is no peace without justice.
3. The Truth always prevails, therefore, no one is obliged to defend it, but to witness and celebrate it.

IV. Objectives

A. OBJECTIVES OF THE ULMWP

• To become full member of the MSG.
• To gain Full support from PIF and APC Countries.
• To re-list West Papua under UN C-24.
• To Proclaim a West Papua Provisional Government.
• To Declare Total War Against Indonesia.
• Democratic “act of free choice” for the rights self-determination of Melanesian people in West Papua.

B. OBJECTIVES OF WEST PAPUA GOVERNMENT

• To Free West Papua is to free Indonesia and to free Melanesia.
• We are creating a new nation-state for all communities of beings.
